She and her husband, Garth Brooks, are proud rescue dog parents, and her deep love for animals inspired the launch of the Trisha Yearwood Pet Collection, which includes pet products and dog food. She also created Dottie’s Yard, a charitable fund named after one of her beloved rescue dogs, to support shelters and promote animal welfare. Whether raising over $24,000 in minutes during the Betty White Challenge or donating hundreds of pounds of pet food to shelters across the country, Trisha uses her platform to champion adoption, spay/neuter awareness, and the lifesaving work of rescue organizations.
