Maggie Lawson is an American actress best known for her role as Detective Juliet “Jules” O’Hara on the long-running series Psych, with additional credits in Two and a Half Men, Lethal Weapon, Outmatched, and numerous Hallmark Channel films. She recently joined the cast of CBS’s upcoming Blue Bloods spin-off Boston Blue, playing Superintendent Sarah Silver opposite Donnie Wahlberg. A passionate animal advocate, Lawson co-founded The Tiger Frances Foundation, which rescues abused animals and teaches empathy in schools through rescue-animal programs. She continues to balance a successful acting career with her commitment to animal welfare.
