See what Elaine Hendrix is up to:
“Anyone who knows me knows that animals are not just my passion, they are my life. I help shelter pets whenever I can… by adopting, rescuing, or transporting them to their new home. We euthanize millions of these kind, loving souls for lack of available homes. This breaks my heart and increases my determination to educate people that shelter pets are awesome! On Remember Me Thursday®, join me in unison as we sing the praises of adoptable pets!”
Elaine Hendrix is an American actress and activist. She recently starred in FX’s Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll and is known for her roles in the films The Parent Trap, Superstar, Romy & Michele’s High School Reunion, and the documentary What the Bleep Do We Know!?. When not on a set or a stage, Elaine is traveling the world – rescuing, transporting, fostering, adopting, speaking, protesting, demonstrating, lobbying, educating, building habitats and providing care all on behalf of animals. Elaine knows firsthand the joys of pet adoption via her soul mate dog, Ellie, and her adored cats, Lou, Kimbo, and Goodie Cornbread.
