I believe it is immoral to sell living beings for profit, so all the animals in my family are adopted from shelters or rescues. I currently volunteer twice a week at a shelter as a dog walker, and I meet the most wonderful, loving dogs there who would be amazing companions. It is heartbreaking to see so many abandoned dogs who could have homes if people were not buying from breeders, so I encourage everyone to find the pet they want through adoption.
Alexandra is an actress with over 100 TV and film credits. She is most known for starring on the series Baywatch for 5 seasons. Alexandra is also an animal rights activist, who went on trial for rescuing a chicken from a Foster Farms slaughterhouse truck in 2023. She was acquitted of theft after a 9 day trial. Alexandra was Last Chance for Animals’ Vegan of the Year in 2014 and currently cohosts the podcast Switch4Good, which was named Mercy For Animals’ Best Vegan Podcast in 2024.
